In accordance with the situation opposite the redesigned Sattlerplatz, the façades in Färbergraben are created as representative faces that can be seen both frontally from Sattlerplatz and also from further down the street, and they point to the passage access between the two buildings. The representative character is clear both in the materiality of the glazed ceramics and in their precisely shaped plasticity.

The rear-ventilated ceramic façades were designed as both grid and framework. The style of the grid and framework distinguish storeys and usages and at the same time form coherences. They proportion each façade and create a stimulating synchronicity between the two buildings.
