Multi-generational living and dementia living community in Bergkirchen
The municipality of Bergkirchen intends to implement a joint project with the MARO cooperative in the Oberbachern district within a new development plan area. The MARO cooperative is to construct and operate a building for multigenerational living with a dementia community.
In variant investigations possible building typologies were examined, which nevertheless permit a 3-story development in the rural context.
