A special recognition for our senior housing project Webersgasse in Nuremberg: the project has been nominated for the DAM Preis 2027.
Set between a listed school building, a cemetery wall and mature trees, the project comprises 50 subsidised senior apartments and a day care facility. A house in the green that brings together urban densification, affordable housing for elderly and the individual appropriation of space. With this project, the Evangelisches Siedlungswerk (ESW) as client is also advancing the further development of church-owned properties. A highly relevant topic to which we are pleased to contribute.
