“competitionline” also presents an article on the research project “Wohnen weiterbauen” using the example of Munich-Neuperlach. Researchers at the Technical University of Munich and OTH Regensburg have been working on this topic for several years as part of “Creating NEBourhoods Together,” and the publication on the study, entitled “Wohnen weiterbauen – Großwohnsiedlungen in die Zukunft bringen” (Continuing to build housing – bringing large housing estates into the future), was published by Gebr. Mann Verlag in May 2025.
