Two weeks ago, the new VollCorner Biomarkt opened in Munich’s Lehel district. We are pleased to have supported Paul Pfaff and Stefan Berktold in taking this step.
The retail space had been used as a bank branch since the building was constructed in the 1960s. Changes like this are part of a living city: uses shift, requirements evolve. For the new organic market, however, this also meant a full change of use according to building law, including structural and fire safety documentation.
For VollCorner, the effort pays off twice: the new branch brings additional visibility in Lehel and at the same time stands for the next generation of this Munich family business. We wish them continued success!
